The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page one, section one, line six, following the word “authorized”, by striking out the period and inserting the following:
“with the following amendment:
On page one, line 4, by striking out the word “COMMERCE” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT”;
On page one, section 2.1, line 22, by striking out the word “Commerce” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Economic Development”;
On page one, section 2.1, line 24, by striking out the word “Commerce” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Economic Development”;
On page one, section 3.1, line 4, by striking out the word “Commerce” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Economic Development”; and
On page two, section 3.6, line 2, by striking out the word “Commerce” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Economic Development”, followed by a period.
